The London office is well versed in claim analysis, projection and modeling, presentation and negotiation. In particular, the London office has developed particular expertise in submitting and successfully negotiating claims with solvent and insolvent insurers who are attempting to reach closure by announcing "bar dates" after which no further claims may be presented.
