Gary Wakinshaw is GRC's general counsel and is responsible for all corporate and transactional legal matters. He also is responsible for management of the UK office.
Gary Wakinshaw is a Solicitor qualified in England. Gary was formally with CMS Cameron McKenna, one of the preeminent and internationally recognized London law firms. He specialized in insurance litigation and professional negligence. After leaving CMS Cameron McKenna, Gary worked as the senior claims lawyer for KWELM Management Services, which dealt with the run-off of the KWELM companies, then the world's largest combined insolvent scheme of arrangement.
