John Osborne is responsible for deal sourcing, strategy and overall group management.
John has practiced law for 15 years and has negotiated some of the largest insurance settlements in the world on behalf of large corporate policyholders. John was a partner at Zevnik Horton (now part of Morgan Lewis and Bockius) where he represented policyholders in resolution of complex insurance coverage disputes. John has developed sophisticated protocols and processes, including allocation modeling and damage estimations, for the resolution of complex insurance coverage disputes arising from environmental, asbestos and other product liability losses.
John has built and maintains professional relationships with the London market and many domestic insurers. These relationships provide immediate access to the highest level decision makers. John is a frequent speaker and has written numerous articles about the insurance industry and the legal profession.
A native of Kentucky, John earned his bachelor's from Georgetown College in 1983 and his juris doctor from Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, in 1986.
